ABOUT Puran Chand Rice Mills Private Limited
Puran Chand Rice Mills (P) Ltd, was set up by Gupta family (Sh. Puran Chand, Sh.Lal Chand & Mr. Naveen Gupta) under the name of M/s Puran Chand Rice Mills as a partnership firm in the year 1989. The firm commenced the business of manufacturing, processing & marketing of Basmati and Non Basmati rice in the domestic markets. All regional markets like Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi, Rajasthan and Gujarat were overwhelmed by the quality of rice manufactured by the unit and there was a nice response of the customers.
Later in the year 1990, Mr. Naveen Gupta travelled across the globe to set up the existence in international market. Fortunately, in short span of the time he got success. Then the exports of the all varieties of Basmati & Non Basmati rice started in bigger volumes to Saudi Arabia especially.
The primary focus of the firm was to do business with commitment to provide best quality rice with best services. The firm excelled in all their markets constantly, casting its impression on its activities in good measure.
Later in 2009 the proprietorship firm and all the activities were transferred to the Private Limited Company & Puran Chand Rice Mills Private Limited come into existence.
Later Mr. Rushil Gupta & Mr. Ashit Gupta joined the business in 2010 & 2011, they become support pillars of Mr. Naveen Gupta and Company got height of Success. Mr. Rushil Gupta travelled extensively in the initial year to set up more markets.
Unfortunately in 2014, Mr. Naveen Gupta passed away from this world. So both his sons Mr. Rushil Gupta & Mr. Ashit Gupta carried on the operations & Working of the Company. Both sons have a good learning experience working with Mr. Naveen Gupta in the last 4 Years.
Further the young generation handled the business in a successful manner and the company and business showed a vast growth.
Presently Mr. Rushil Gupta, Mr. Ashit Gupta are the Directors & Shareholder in the Company. The day to day activities & operations are carried out under the supervision of Mr. Rushil Gupta & Mr. Ashit Gupta.
Also the bond between both brothers is giving a unique direction to the business.
The finance, banking, procurement of rice & paddy, marketing in major markets like Saudi Arabia & Yemen are being handled by Mr. Rushil Gupta.
The logistics, packaging material, production and marketing in developing markets like Iraq, Egypt are being handled by Mr. Ashit Gupta.
Work process:-
The company have a wonderful set up of research and development and carry the operations of Parboiling, Milling and Packaging with intense care. The Machines used in manufacturing are of SATAKE Japan and machines for packaging used are of advanced technology. The world class infrastructure had been made by keeping in view the foreign needs too.
The company have the inhouse capacity of processing paddy for up to 250 tons per day. Further there is additional capacity of processing & grading of rice in sortex machines for final export packing for up to 500 tons per day.

The company is looking forward more growth mainly in international market by expanding its presence in upcoming markets like China & Malaysia. The primary focus of the company remains same to deliver best quality with best services.
